Craig is responsible for Gravelroad’s overall operations with experience in the Power & Telecommunication Industries, network design, commercialisation, technical standards, financial analysis strategic procurement, complex modelling and strategy development. He has worked in the telecommunication and electricity industries for over 36 years as an engineer, consultant, technical expert and system developer.
Matthew is responsible for Gravelroad’s Digital Connectivity, 5G, Smart City, Internet of Things and Digital Transformation Practice. An Executive leader with expertise in all facets of digital connectivity, platform and data-driven strategy and delivery within high-profile operations, Matthew is skilled in collaborating within organizations and industry to achieve business, financial and service delivery objectives.
Duncan is a Senior Engineer in Gravelroad. He has a strong understanding of networks. He has worked in the ICT industry for 30 years including developing software, building and managing networks, managing Consultants, Product Manager, Modelling and Data analytics. Recent engagements have included telecoms design and installation work in PNG and in NZ assessments of water infrastructure decisions for DIA, systems architecture development for Enable Networks and a focus on economic cost modelling, data analytics and forecasting for Victoria University, NGCC, ACC , NZRB.
For the past 15 years Edgar has been actively consulting in network economics, product profitability, market monitoring and price regulation across a variety of different industries. Prior to this Edgar worked in the Telecommunication’s industry for 17 years in roles that covered financial analysis, marketing, business strategy, pricing and product management. Edgar spent 7 years with Shell working in their Chemical and Forestry businesses.
Wellington has 20 years of experience in Telecommunications across the PNG Oil and Gas industry. He brings a combination of technical knowledge along with the ability to deliver outcomes in the field demonstrated across many projects. Michael is a Rescue Rigger and Construction Manager with extensive experience delivering telecommunications infrastructure across Australia and PNG. His background spans tower installations, microwave link projects and cellular network deployments, with a strong track record managing large-scale construction programmes in remote and challenging environments. Michael combines hands-on rigging capability with the project management skills required to coordinate field crews, safety compliance and delivery schedules on complex telecommunications builds.
Martin is a highly experienced PNG rigger with a strong safety culture and a proven ability to deliver in demanding field conditions. He brings hands-on rigging expertise across telecommunications tower and infrastructure projects, combined with the local knowledge and cultural awareness that are often critical to successful project delivery in PNG. Known as a go-getter who thrives on challenging assignments, Martin consistently approaches difficult installations with the drive and discipline required to complete work safely and on schedule.
